1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Debt Resolver (“the Service”), operated by Spades Enterprises (“we”, “us”, “our”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Debt Resolver is a debt-payoff planning tool that helps users organize debt information, calculate projected payoff schedules, and track progress over time. The Service provides educational estimates based on information you provide.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
4. Account Registration
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information.
5. Subscription Plans and Billing
- Debt Resolver offers a Free plan and a paid Plus plan ($4.99/month or $50/year).
- Plus subscriptions are billed through Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled.
- You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service.
- Use automated systems to access the Service in a manner that sends more requests than a human could reasonably produce.
7. Your Content
You retain ownership of the information you enter into Debt Resolver (debt details, payment history, etc.). You grant us a limited license to store and process this information solely to provide the Service to you.

9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Spades Enterprises shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to financial decisions made based on information provided by the Service.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time through your profile page.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to conflict of law principles.
